However, which one is the most important? I think the former is. In econimic analysis, it talks about the efficiency evaluations, by themselves, are incapable of establishing effectiveness, that is, it's not a correct procedure if the program is not safe, efficacy, or effectiveness, and the researcher just collect these data unconsiously to evaluate the efficiency. Somebody says, "做對的事情!永遠比把事情做對來得重要! " 就像大家有錢賺，有錢大家賺。(management) - 成功的人能排除所有的困難，失敗的人卻被困難所排除； 成功的人知道去做他必須做的事，失敗的人只知道做有趣的事。 - 人生四歷程：害心之心不可有、大是大非(價值判斷)、找到人生方向、從中尋求樂趣。 知道該做的事，再從中找到樂趣，是跟只知道做有趣的事是不一樣的。
